This directory contains my paper and the presentation for the Netherlands Unix
User Group 2001 fall meeting on TeX for Mac OS X with teTeX and TeXShop. The
paper won "best paper award".

The presentation contains a few nifty tricks you can do with TeX when you want
to make presentations. For the auto advance effect to work when displaying the
formula set your Acrobat Preferences to auto advance every 60 seconds (this
period is overridden by settings in the pdf file, but auto advance only works
at all when this is turned on in Acrobat). View it in Full Screen mode or auto
advance will not work at all.

View with Acrobat 4.05 (full screen) in Classic mode under Mac OS X 10.1
View with Acrobat 5 (full screen) under Mac OS X 10.1.1

Acrobat 5 under 10.1 will give nasty page flashes when moving from step to
step in the presentation. Mac OS X 10.1.1 fixes that.

The dynamic items do not work at all when using a Mac OS X Cocoa app because
the PDF functionality is missing from Quartz in Mac OS X 10.1.1.
